We Teach Instructional Staff Survey

For teachers and anyone that has a part in teaching and learning in the classroom
The We Teach survey is for teachers and staff that have a part in teaching and learning in the classroom. This survey assesses how teachers perceive the learning environment, student engagement and school leadership. The findings address such questions as:

Do you know what instructional staff think about the dynamics in the classroom and the school?
Do instructional staff align their day-to-day actions to the mission of the school?
Do teachers feel empowered and ready to make a difference in the lives of all students?

Sample items:

In my class students discuss and solve open-ended questions and problems.
New ideas are regarded as essential by administrators in this school.
I am a source of encouragement for my students.

The We Learn and We Teach surveys can be administered independently or used in tandem so student and teacher perceptions can be compared and gaps identified.
