Participants in this workshop will learn the principles of instructional leadership. Leadership teams will develop the capacity to lead instructional change by focusing on a well-defined curriculum and effective instructional strategies, quality professional development plans aligned to goals and actions, and managing change so that strategies and programs are implemented with fidelity and that change in schools is productive and ongoing.
