Quadrant D Leadership requires collaborative responsibility for taking action while reflecting on meeting the intellectual, emotional, and physical needs of students.
- Hear from nationally renowned educators who have embraced Quadrant D Leadership and used it to improve student achievement and engagement
- Apply the skills needed to be a Quadrant D leader through leadership challenges
- Learn to use leadership tools from the International Center to implement meaningful change
- Develop an action plan that reflects the organizational goals of your school/district
Who Should Attend?
All K-12 educators who are leaders or aspiring leaders will benefit from attending the Academy. Come as a team to develop an action plan with concrete objectives:

Participants will have the opportunity to involve their schools in the We Lead — Whole Staff Survey at no charge ($600 value). Individual school results will be distributed at the Academy.
The We Lead survey assesses how staff perceive the school administration. Findings from the survey provide valuable insight into the leadership and overall health of a school and can be used to guide whole school reform efforts aimed at fostering rich learning environments focused on rigor, relevance, and relationships for all students.
